We want you to love your TRÉSORI piece. If it’s not right for you, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition
• All original packaging, dust bags, authenticity cards, and tags must be intact
• Proof of purchase must be provided

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of refund approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Items returned without original packaging or authenticity documentation cannot be accepted, in line with our 100% authenticity guarantee.
