TRÉSORI (“we”, “us”) operates shoptresori.com. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this store. You can reach us at info@shoptresori.com.

What we collect and why

• Order and account data — name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number, and purchase history. Used to fulfil orders, provide customer service, and meet legal obligations (e.g. tax and accounting). Legal basis: performance of a contract; legal obligation.
• Payment data — processed directly by our payment providers (Shopify Payments, Klarna, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay). We never see or store your full card details. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• Marketing data — your email address if you subscribe to our newsletter. Used only to send the communications you signed up for; you can unsubscribe at any time. Legal basis: consent.
• Technical and analytics data — device, browser, IP address, and browsing behaviour on our store, collected via cookies and similar technologies only after you consent through our cookie banner. Legal basis: consent.

Third parties we share data with

• Shopify Inc. — our e-commerce platform, which hosts the store and processes order data on our behalf.
• Payment processors — Shopify Payments, Klarna, and the wallet providers you choose at checkout.
• Delivery carriers — DHL and FedEx receive your name, address, and contact details to deliver your order.
• Analytics providers — only with your consent, to help us understand how the store is used.

We do not sell your personal data.

International transfers

Some of our service providers process data outside the EU/EEA. Where this happens, transfers are protected by an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention

We keep order records for as long as required by tax and commercial law, marketing data until you unsubscribe, and analytics data for no longer than 26 months.
